Biography

Omar ؏ is a touring DJ, music producer, and curator whose sets are built like stories — each one crafted to take audiences on a journey from the first record to the last.

Rooted in a deep love for music that transcends borders, Omar draws from a vast palette: afrobeats, amapiano, afrohouse, desi, arabi, and the wider diaspora of global sound. His mixes move fluidly between continents — Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Americas — weaving together soulful rhythms and high-energy grooves with intention and care.

What sets Omar apart is his commitment to the arc of a set. He builds spaces that feel alive and connected — keeping audiences engaged from start to finish, holding tension, releasing it, and leaving people with the sense that they experienced something real. His events are known for community, movement, and a feeling that every night was made just for the people in the room.

As a producer, Omar brings the same intentionality to the studio — crafting original works that sit at the intersection of his diverse influences and his genuine love for the human experience of music.
